SWEDISH MASSAGE

The most common and relaxing form of massage therapy. Gentle pressure and kneading strokes are used on the topmost layer of muscle. Swedish massage helps relieve stress and muscle tension and creates a calming experience for the client.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage targets the inner layers of your muscles and tendons. This type of massage usually consists of similar techniques as Swedish massage, but much firmer pressure is applied. Deep tissue massage is meant to reach deeper into the muscle tissue, which can provide relief by releasing contracted muscles in the body, but may cause some soreness in the days following the service.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Our massage therapists will glide heated, smooth, stones all over the body to warm the muscles, increase circulation, and release toxins. Tight muscles will be soothed and loosened, and stress will melt away, creating an extremely relaxing and comfortable experience.‎

COMBO MASSAGE

This service consists of a 30 minute foot soak and massage of the feet and lower legs (clothing will remain on) followed by a 30 express body massage.

FOOT MASSAGE

A 30 minute service will include a warm foot soak and foot + lower leg massage. The 60 and 90 minute services will include a foot soak, as well as an all-over body massage. Clients will remain clothed for this service. Please wear loose fitting clothing and bottoms that are able to be rolled up for the foot soak portion of the service.

AROMATHERAPY (ADD-ON)

Essential oils affect the limbic system, which controls emotion, and promotes positive changes to your mood and general demeanor. When combined with massage therapy, they can be another level of relaxation or energization. We use:

• Lavender - promotes a calm and relaxed mood

• Peppermint/Spearmint - energizing and can help reduce fatigue

• Rosemary - boosts energy and mental clarity

• Orange - helps to decrease anxiety and boost the immune system

• Ylang Ylang - relaxing and can help reduce inflammation

• Eucalyptus - relieves congestion
